Responsibilities: • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up • Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs • Lead generate • Schedule appointments and meet new clients on a daily basis • Show homes • Negotiate contracts • Provide white-glove service Qualifications: • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiating skills • Communicate effectively • Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team) Compensation: $100,000 + yearly performance based
