Responsibilities: Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Schedule appointments and meet lots of new client appointments on a daily basis • Show homes • Negotiate contracts • Provide white-glove service Qualifications: Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Decisive and proactive in the sales process Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiating skills • Communicate effectively • Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team!) Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000+ (based on performance)
