    Your responsibilities would include:

    • Generating leads and scheduling new client appointments daily.
    • Signing up listings and negotiating contracts.
    • Providing exceptional, white-glove service to all clients.
    • Conducting listing presentations, offering feedback, and maintaining client engagement.
    • Working closely with Buyer's Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
    • Conducting market analysis to ensure well-researched listing prices.
    • Consistently nurturing client relationships to generate more sales and create a sustainable business of repeat clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
    • Team player who thrives on collective success.
    • Holds an active real estate license.
    • Proficient in using a real estate CRM to maintain client data in an organized and safe manner.

    Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000+ at plan commission
