Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
