    Your responsibilities would include:

    • Acting as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions.
    • Engaging with pre-qualified leads to determine their housing needs and wants.
    • Preparing crucial documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements,
    • Arranging and conducting home showings and open houses.
    • Providing potential home buyers with essential information about the local housing market.
    • Delivering top-tier, white-glove service throughout the buying process.

    Qualifications:

    • A valid U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A proven track record of successful real estate sales.
    • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and current industry trends.
    • Strong negotiating abilities.
    • Capacity to work 40-50 hours per week.
    • An active SC Real Estate License (or the ability to acquire one before starting).

    Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000+
