    We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role in our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. This position will speak with clients, schedule inspections, ensure contract deadlines are met, etc. They will be responsible for creating a positive, Level 10+ real estate experience for all clients! Experience as a closing coordinator is a plus, but not required. A real estate license IS required. The right person will also have the desire to help build the team by contributing to both indirect and direct marketing responsibilities. We are seeking someone who enjoys people and excels at building relationships both in person and over the phone. Proficiency with computers and technology is a must! Possessing the ability to learn new applications quickly is also a necessary quality. This is a very detail-oriented position, so attention and the ability to focus on small things is a must! Experience with Google Suite is necessary. The right person must have good organizational skills and be great at multitasking. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to grow with our dynamic team and be a contributor. Currently, our entire coordination team works remotely. Compensation: $40,000+bonus based upon experience. Benefits package available. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION. Responsibilities: Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience Keep track of all sales activity and input client information into the CRM to produce reports and share goal progress with the team Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers Prepare all listing information including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property on the MLS database Qualifications: Previous real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages experience is highly valued Currently has or is pursuing a real estate license Able to convey information well in both a written and verbal format Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client • Assist our top-flight agents while managing contracts to closing • Organized, a fast learner, and a positive person • Great communicator, polite, polished, and professional • Handle difficult customers with grace • Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination, or Mortgages • Must possess excellent written and oral grammar abilities • Experience in the Real Estate Field, Mortgage Field, in Real Estate Law, or in a Comparable Position is required • Extremely Detail Oriented • Incredible Problem Solving Ability • Familiarity with G-Suite • Can learn how to read and understand Real Estate Contracts • Excellent customer service • A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals • Must be able to maintain confidential information • Positive attitude • Hard-working • Team player • Likes to Learn • Tech-savvy • Goal-oriented • Has a proven track record of success -- doesn't need to be in real estate • Solution Based Thinking • Professional Written Communication • Organization • Basic Math Skills • Data Entry Skills • Self-Development and Self Starter Compensation: $40,000 base salary + bonus + Benefits
