Dave Sinclair Ford is looking for an Automotive Biller who can help us create a more productive work environment. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and post all car deals

• Process trade in paperwork and payoffs

• Submit proper rebate documentation

• Process all title work associated with purchase vehicle and trade vehicle.

• Provide administrative support to management, and other departments and employees as needed.

Skills:

• 2+ years’ experience in automotive accounting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and Dominion ACS First

• Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
