We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Toledo, Ohio area to assist our customers with their appliance repair questions. Responsibilities include: Scheduling service calls via phone, text and dispatch boards, updating customers on the status of repairs and various other office tasks. Must be dependable and self starting.

Requirements:
Customer Service, Retail Service, Restaurant Service, Sales, or relevant job experience
Phone communication experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Professional Image in Person and all Communication
Empathetic and Positive Attitude
Accounts payable/receivable, Office software or collections experience a plus
