Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our vineyard team as an Outside Sales Representative. The role will be responsible for selling and delivering our premium wines to customers across the region while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and delivery, a passion for the North Carolina food and beverage industry, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. A WSET qualification or similar is a bonus. Additionally, the candidate should be open to supporting the social media management and marketing event coordination efforts as required. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients • Sell and deliver our wines to customers, including restaurants, wine shops, and liquor stores • Work with the team to support social media management efforts, including content creation • support the planning and execution of marketing events, including wine tastings and winemaker dinners • Represent the vineyard at industry events and trade shows • Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the vineyard Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of sales and delivery experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of the wine industry and a passion for wine • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Must be able to lift and carry cases of wine weighing up to 50 pounds If you are a self-starter with a passion for wine and a desire to grow your career in the industry, we want to hear from you!
