    We are looking for several people-centered, mission-driven enrollment/sales coaches who have successful experience in conducting strategy sessions to enroll clients into high ticket programs, over the phone. If you're brand new at sales, have never sold anything in excess of $2,000 or don't have any phone experience, this position is likely not a fit. But if you have experience in consultative selling - this is an amazing opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing brands in the personal/business development industry.

    If you view the enrollment conversation as a powerful way to help someone overcome their fears and resistance and motivate them into inspired action (rather than a transactional, hard close) and you have a proven history of sales/enrollment success, this may be the dream position you've been looking for!

    As an enrollment coach, you will conduct powerful and transformational enrollment conversations into business coaching and personal development programs. Unlike most organizations, we will provide you with a consistent flow of quality warm leads (no cold calls.)

    If you have any experience in the business coaching or entrepreneurial market, that is an added plus.

    WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

    1. You must care deeply about people and helping them overcome their limitations to achieve their full potential and dreams.
    2. You must be able to follow a sales script and methodology AS WELL AS be able to apply sales mastery principles to unique situations and objections as they arise. If you're not able to be quick on your feet and adapt this may not be a good fit for you. 
    3. You must be comfortable having conversations where a prospect may have some resistance, and be able to be in the discomfort of taking a powerful stand for their possibility and dealing with objections. If you're comfortable being uncomfortable then this is probably a great position for you.
    4. While we will train you in our methodology, you need to already be excellent at enrollment. You must already be a powerful communicator and influencer. We want someone that has experience enrolling people through authentic, consultative conversation on the phone in just one or two calls. If you have experience enrolling pre-qualified leads into $2000+ programs or other high-ticket programs, that's a plus.
    5. This is a work-from-home position so you can work from anywhere BUT you will need to follow processes, reporting procedures, connect bi-weekly with your sales manager and team, and be a self-starter who is highly organized and disciplined.
    6. You're going to be a part of an amazing team and must be a team player who shows up positively and supportive of your other team members and the organization.
    7. You must desire to be with our organization long-term. If you're new and just looking to get some experience, this isn't the place. We are looking for enrollment coaches that come with extensive experience. 
    8. You must be willing and eager to study our methodology, programs, and curriculum so you can provide educated responses to potential client questions and powerfully deliver the benefits of our programs during the strategy sessions.
    9. You'll be having 15 to 25 enrollment conversations a week (including follow-ups). With performance, you'll also be invited to attend and enroll at our live and virtual events.

    Essentially, we want a long term sales/enrollment ninja that is also mission-driven, team-oriented and LOVES inspiring clients to take action on their dreams.

    YOU MIGHT BE THE IDEAL FIT IF ...

    • You have a proven track record in sales and a MINIMUM of 3 years of consultative sales experience. High ticket sales are a must.
    • You are naturally gifted at enrollment.
    • You are comfortable dismantling someone's objections in order to move them into the program that is going to change their lives.
    • You are willing to let the sale go if the client is not appropriate for our coaching programs.
    • You are comfortable with rejection and reaching out to people you don't know, or this definitely is not the right gig for you.
    • You are willing to use our lead management system and be comfortable with tracking your calls and leads.
    • You are committed to being a part of an organization, not leading on your own, so we can fully support our clients without distraction.
    • You are willing to look at your own mindset so that you can continually grow. This is a positive, solution-focused environment… We will ask you to exercise some mindset practices.
    • You have experience memorizing and following a sales script, yet have the ability to be flexible within the structure in order to produce an outcome.
    • Having a background in personal development, business, and online marketing is a plus but not necessary.

    COMPENSATION

    This is an independent contractor position where earnings are fully commission-based. Our historical data shows an income of around $100K in your first year, with increased earnings up to $200,000 in subsequent years. We do not place a cap on the commissions earned. Consistent sales performance eligible for increased commission rates. To help support you as you build your pipeline, we provide a draw on commission in the first 90 days.
