Job Description

Busy boutique law firm seeking a talented paralegal/legal secretary of minimum 5 years’ experience for a full-time position.

Firm handles both transactional and litigation matters.

Landlord/tenant, unlawful detainer and commercial lease experience is a big plus.

Firm also handles real estate, construction, TCPA, consumer protection and business dispute litigation, as well as general business transactional matters.

Litigation experience is a mandatory requirement, both federal and state.

Must have excellent organizational skills and particular attention to detail, especially calendaring.

Assignments will include office management tasks, calendaring, form drafting, client intake/communications, document organization, and related tasks.

Compensation is negotiable, but competitive for quality work.
