Must have a degree in one of the following: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Advertising, Economics, Finance, Health Care Administration, Human Resources, Health Care Management, Human Services Administration, Law/Pre-Law Management, Marketing, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Public Health/MPH, Public Relations, Social Administration

Primary Duties:

Responsible for the daily operations of the facility.

Responsible for supervision of staff members.

Responsible for hiring and promotion of employees.

Development of Davis Archway policies and procedures.

Monitoring of DDAP regulations and facility compliance.

Building professional relationships with other service providers and community agencies.

Implementing policies and procedures to improve delivery of treatment services.

Meeting with Board of Directors of Davis Archway Centers for Addiction Treatment, Inc., dba Davis Archway House.

Education / Experience:

Executive Director shall meet requirements as set forth in Chapter 704.5 Qualifications for the positions of project director and facility director.

Skills and Physical Requirements:

Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to delegate responsibilities to staff members.

Ability to resolve conflicts and set appropriate policies.

Ability to maintain facility requirements for DDAP regulations and documentation of records.
