    Job Description

    LIVELY ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

    ROLE:

    The Account Coordinator (AC ) works with the Account Executive in coordinating assigned projects. In this role, the AC is responsible for sound, proper and timely execution of all assigned work, focused on print & collateral work. High attention to detail is a must.

    The AC will be responsible for supporting client-related and administrative activities of the agency account service department. The AC will report to the Account Supervisor and Account Executive and will have direct client contact with the external Marketing Team. Activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

     

    Managing the creative process for Print & Collateral projects:

    • Create work orders based on previous ads or new creative briefings
    • Open work order in system and assign job numbers, specs, direction
    • Work closely with creative teams to ensure creative is being done correctly; Proof ads as needed
    • Work with vendors as needed to ensure all work has been uploaded on-time and to spec

    Manage Timelines:

    • Set due dates for various stages of job completion
    • Manage creative process, follow-up to ensure staying on task

    Quality Control

    • Communicate client changes/recommendations and provide guidance/insight regarding jobs to Creative Department
    • Check work against original work order to ensure on strategy

     

    AGENCY SUPPORT

    The AC will also be responsible for:

    • File organization
    • Project and promotional recap decks; Competitive decks
    • Daily priorities and weekly status documents

     

    PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA

    The AC is evaluated on having a positive attitude, the quality of the agency output/service for assigned projects, the degree of client satisfaction and on the level of skills demonstrated in performing the job.

    SKILLS

    The process by which an AC accomplishes his/her objectives involves a number of distinct skills and/or abilities as defined below:

    Proficient with all Microsoft Suite programs (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and the ability to manage excel spreadsheets and Power Point presentations is preferred
