CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- FINANCIAL SERVICES REMOTE, BUT MUST LIVE IN COLUMBUS, OHIO STARTS: MONDAY, JUNE 7TH MONDAY - THURSDAY 9:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M. AVAILABILITY & FRIDAY 9:00AM-6:00PM TEMP TO HIRE; $16.50 PER HOUR

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Responsible for handling all inbound Customer Service calls for and early stage (0-14 days past due) Collection calls while providing premium customer service that is both accurate and efficient, leading to high levels of customer satisfaction through active engagement, first call issue resolution, & call quality that enhances the customer’s financing experience.
• Fully document the customer contact using the system tools available to maintain a complete customer contact history. Support initiatives from other departments and areas as requested.
• Establish effective communication with internal support areas on resolutions requiring Service Requests or follow-up. Complete all follow-up necessary to ensure resolution of customer’s issue or concern.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 6-12 months Financial Services industry experience
• 6-12 months early stage collections experience
• Customer Focused
• Strong analytical and attention to detail
• Strong listening and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Bachelor’s degree Preferred
