SUMMARY:
The Systems Analyst will guide the team to provide functional support and training for the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) end-users. The Systems Analyst will function as the operational-level quality control coordinator and lead. They will assist the Project manager by conducting management oversight, audits, and reviews. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day task execution and will have the authority to allocate task resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs as team lead for all matters relating to DPAS support.
- Coordinates and supervises assigned project staff.
- Generates quality of work product in accordance with company quality control protocols.
- Prepares written reports and other documents necessary for the completion of specific projects.
- Tracks project schedules and ensures on-time performance.
- Cultivates and maintains the necessary contacts with clients.
- Trains and mentors lower-level staff.
- Ensures quality control procedures are implemented.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises employees supporting the DPAS customers.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a public trust security clearance.
- Experience with DPAS.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities.
- Ability to work remotely under minimal supervision.
- Experience with vehicle fleet and/or support equipment management is highly desired.
- Experience with system analysis and troubleshooting is highly desired.
- Experience producing user guides, training material, and conducting training sessions is highly desired.
