We’re Hiring!!! We have an exciting INTERNAL CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS position to join a team in the Orange County area. This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE role with excellent benefits, great culture, growth potential, and is an opportunity to join a team with a mission!
Some of the duties include:
- Create content for the company intranet to promote company culture, news and inform and engage employees
- Assist with event coordination for campaign launches, corporate social responsibility, holidays, employee recognition and other initiatives
- Write feature stories on employees, teams, and other subjects of interest to promote employee engagement and recognition
- Provide copy edits and proofreading support for news releases
- Track intranet analytics and present monthly reports to executive team
- Scripting, filming, and editing video
- Design graphics for invitations, flyers, fact sheets, and other collateral for internal communications
- Capture and edit photos
- Monitor social media discussion groups and media coverage
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field plus a minimum of 2 year of related experience.
Software: MS Office Suite, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms; other publishing & creative software such as Canva, Adobe PhotoShop or Premiere Pro. Photography tools: DSLR cameras, gimbals, microphones & lighting is a plus.
