DAWSON TRUCK PARTS is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for our Erie , Pa. location.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE 3 OR MORE YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE OR TRUCK PARTS EXPERIENCE IN A RETAIL OR WHOLESALE ENVIRONMENT.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Inside Sale Representative position is a sales position working with our customers on the phone & in person at our Erie, Pa. location.

• Through your customer interaction, you will seek to understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.

• You will also be answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.

• You will also help the Warehouse Manager process customers orders for shipping when required.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

• Relationship management skills to effectively interface with a wide variety of customers.

• Excellent phone skills.

• Expertise in sales techniques, add on sales, closing, and negotiating skills.

• Time management skills & ability to multi-task.

• Technical aptitude and knowledge of truck parts.

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with minimal supervision.

• Experience with value-added selling.

• Competitive, entrepreneurial spirit, and driven to succeed.

• Computer skills required.
