Job Description

Daxko is seeking a LEGAL INTERN to support the General Counsel in negotiations, contract drafting, and legal research.

Primary responsibilities will include negotiating and finalizing customer contracts and amendments thereto. The candidate will also assist with revising and administering contract templates.

Qualifications

The right second or third-year law student for this dynamic, fast-paced company will have extraordinary collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are a must. A great attitude is essential. Integrity is non-negotiable.

The candidate must have the ability to coordinate projects with various stakeholders under the supervision of the General Counsel. Bonus points for experience with contracts and general business law. Experience with intellectual property law or with payment processing is also a plus.

The position will require a commitment of between 8-15 hours per week for the semester. Estimated pay is $16.50 per hour. The candidate can work in-office or from home.
