Job Description

As a FULL SERVICE BILLING SPECIALIST, you will provide prompt, courteous, and persistent efforts to help our partners manage their cash flow through strategic resubmission of declined payments and member outreach to address unresolved billing items.

YOU WILL ALSO: 

• Interact with customers (members) on inbound and outbound calls
• Respond promptly and accurately to all customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and questions
• Obtain all relevant information to provide the best answer possible
• Accurately maintain customer records by verifying all contact information and making appropriate updates
• Accurately and completely making note of the conversation contents
• Provide timely and prompt follow up when indicated
• Carry out proper tonality (professional and courteous) on the phone with all customer(s) regardless of their status
• Carry out communication skills to the customer for the best interest of resolving matters for our client
• Prior to outbound calls ensure each account has an open decline item and is aging
• Process customer-related correspondence (email)
• Properly note correspondence, and follow up within 24-48
• Maintain PCI compliance always
• Promote a team environment with coworkers

Qualifications

• A track record in customer service is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer and Excel skills is a must
• Genuine commitment to delivering best-in-class service
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others
