Job Description
Join our team as a Member Services Specialist, where you'll excel in member management, electronic billing, and recovery services for our esteemed software clientele. Acting as an integral extension of our customers' Accounts Receivable and Member Management teams, you'll be the cornerstone in executing Full Service Billing operations through Daxko software systems and direct member engagement. Your duties encompass managing billing data, handling return fees, overseeing membership holds, freezes, terminations, resolving billing discrepancies, and conducting proactive member outreach initiatives.
The schedule for this role will be Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm CT. We are open to applicants in Camdenton, MO and Birmingham, AL. This will be a hybrid position.
