Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized habilitation plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Facilitate engaging activities that promote social skills, communication, and daily living skills.

Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Provide support and guidance in a safe and nurturing environment.

Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and progress.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field.

Degree in social work, psychology, or a related area preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Patience, compassion, and a positive attitude.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
