Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Day Mid-Level Leader to drive day-to-day operations and lead a team towards achieving our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Must have at least one year experience leading and managing a team in a fast paced environment. Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Maximum 8 hours per shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement and align team objectives with company goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to enhance team performance and resolve any guest or employee issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role for at least one year.
- Strong understanding of operational management and strategic planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
