About the Role:

Bio-Green Solutions Inc is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Day Porter to join our team in Charlotte, NC! Responsibilities:

Perform routine daytime janitorial and porter duties throughout assigned facility

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and hallways

Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed

Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners throughout the building

Respond promptly to spills, messes, and cleaning requests from building staff or management

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces on a regular schedule

Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

Prior experience in janitorial, porter, or custodial services preferred

Ability to work full-time daytime hours consistently and reliably

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift

Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
