Day Porter – The Collection at Forsyth

USMS Holdco, LLC is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a premier commercial property located at:

The Collection at Forsyth 410 Peachtree Parkway Cumming, GA 30041

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily trash pickup and removal throughout the property

Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

Maintain cleanliness of assigned common areas, sidewalks, breezeways, and outdoor spaces

Pick up litter and debris from parking lots and landscaped areas

Assist with cleaning entrances, walkways, and high-traffic areas

Monitor the property for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns

Support special cleaning projects as assigned

Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service to tenants and visitors

Qualifications:

Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or cleaning experience preferred

Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and dependability

Ability to pass a background check (required)

Compensation & Schedule:

$16.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience

40 hours per week guaranteed

Schedule may vary based on operational needs
