Qualifications
- 6-12 months experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic and active work environment and takes initiative.
- Compassionate & goal-driven individuals who love mentoring & teaching and helping others reach their unique goals.
- Must be proficient with computers, and able to quickly learn new technology with ease.
- Ability to lift and transfer 50 lbs.
- Good communication is key in this role. You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
