Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage shipping and inventory, and ensure efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in maintaining product quality, team coordination, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain daily inventory levels of produce and packaging

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Accurately complete all shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation

Ensure trucks are loaded correctly and on schedule

Create, maintain, and implement daily driver schedules to ensure timely deliveries and efficient routing

Maintain a safe working environment and report any unsafe conditions or product/equipment damage

Foster and uphold high standards of quality throughout the facility

Provide leadership and support to warehouse staff

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed

Skilled in using computer-based inventory systems and preparing reports

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent attendance and punctuality

Commitment to safe working practices

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
