Day Staff and Overnight Awake Staff -Chestnut Hill Area 🌟

Are you kind, capable, and committed to making a meaningful difference? We are looking for thoughtful, experienced, and innovative Direct Support Professionals to support a warm, funny, and community-minded woman in her 40s with IDD who lives in a lovely home in Chestnut Hill.

She is eager to stay active, volunteer in her community, and continue building her independent living skills. If you enjoy empowering others and creating positive, engaging days, this could be a wonderful fit.

✨ About the Role

We are seeking both Daytime and Overnight Awake staff.

Daytime Staff (Mon–Fri, 7 am–3 pm)

You will support her in: • Planning meaningful daily activities and community outings • Meal planning and simple meal prep • Encouraging healthy habits and physical activity • Picking out weather-appropriate, stylish outfits • Providing respectful prompts for personal care as needed • Helping her contribute to her community through volunteer opportunities

Overnight Awake Staff (11 pm–7 am)

Your role will include: • Ensuring safety and providing reassurance if she wakes up • Offering gentle redirection and calming support • Hiring for 7 overnights, pick the nights that work for your schedule • Maintaining a safe and healthy overnight environment

💲 Compensation

$20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience and service provided
