About the Role:

Join Veritas Environmental Services LLC as a Day Porter on the 1st shift or 2nd shift, where you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities. Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas including restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.

Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials to ensure facilities are well-equipped.

Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Assist in setting up and breaking down meeting spaces for events and gatherings.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations while performing duties.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate tasks.

Support special projects and additional cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
