Carpe Vinum is seeking a reliable, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Daytime Server/Bartender. Bar experience is required for this position, as you will be responsible for both serving tables and managing bar service during lunch hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly, providing attentive and friendly service

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with confidence and skill

Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely and professional presentation

Run food from the kitchen and manage assigned tables independently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, or special requests

Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth lunch service

Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with restaurant policy

This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent multitasking abilities, and a passion for hospitality. Prior bartending experience is a must.
