Pay rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Schedule: Monday - Friday - no weekends
At The Learning Experience, we’re looking for a Day Care Teacher who brings warmth, creativity, and joy to the classroom every day. As an ambassador of happiness, you’ll help children explore, discover, and grow—while making a lasting impact on families and your community.

What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and mentor classroom staff; model positive behaviors and provide guidance.
Manage your classroom with care—creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, adapting to each child’s unique needs.
Communicate regularly with families through our mobile app and daily updates, sharing each child’s progress and milestones.
Partner with center leadership to support goals around learning, enrollment, and family engagement.
Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, joyful classroom community.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of teaching experience required; 1+ year preferred.
Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred (High school diploma/GED required).
Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Must meet Massachusetts state licensing requirements.
