    DUTIES, TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES (include, but not limited to): Answering phone calls, handling client calls efficiently and professionally, assisting customers with redemption information, communicating with field agents, responding to client emails, monitoring group email inboxes

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    An uninterrupted, peaceful workplace and a dependable internet connection are essential

    Skilled at efficiently working with customers in challenging circumstances

    Must demonstrate a strong desire to grasp various technology platforms

    General knowledge of collection, and repossession

    Every applicant must reside in a commutable distance from our home office in El Dorado Hills, California

    The work schedule for this position will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

    PAY RATE: $16 - $18 per hour

    PAID TRAINING & BENEFITS:
