About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Daycare Assistant Teacher/Floater! This exciting role offers you the chance to nurture and inspire young minds in a fun and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities.

Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children.

Support children during meals and nap times, fostering healthy habits.

Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about child development.

Adapt to different classrooms and age groups as needed.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions for professional growth.

Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among children.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a daycare or educational setting is a plus.

Passion for working with children and fostering their development.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Background check clearance required.
