About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Daycare Assistant Teacher, Floater, or Support Staff! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on young children's lives while working in a nurturing and fun environment.

Hiring for Monday through Fridays 10:00 am - 6:00 pm or 10:30 am - 6:30 pm - No Morning Shifts Available

Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.

Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children.

Supervise and interact with children during playtime and learning activities.

Help maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child development.

Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.

Assist with daily routines, including meal times and nap times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in childcare or education settings is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.

Background check clearance required prior to employment.
