Marketing & Enrollment – Primary Focus

Grow enrollment and generate new leads.

Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.

Build relationships with families and the local community.

Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing efforts.

Track enrollment goals and bring new ideas for growth.

Center Leadership & Operations

Partner with the Director to support daily center operations.

Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.

Maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.

Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.

Help ensure strong enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Early Childhood Education and/or childcare leadership experience as well as classroom experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Sales and marketing experience with proven results in an Early Childhood Education program coupled with passion for growing enrollment and marketing.

Comfortable conducting tours and connecting with families.

Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.
