Lead Daycare Teacher

Pay: $15.92–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do

Lead a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, creating meaningful, hands-on learning experiences tailored to the developmental needs of infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children.

Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning.

Create and maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.

Build strong partnerships with families by providing daily communication through our mobile app and in-person conversations.

Serve as a positive role model while collaborating with and supporting fellow teachers to ensure a high-quality learning experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

At least 6 months of childcare or daycare experience preferred (lead teaching experience is a plus).

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for young children.

CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Must meet all state licensing requirements for the Lead Teacher position.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and helping children succeed.
