    Qualifications:

    -Enrolled or completion of at least 6 units in early childhood education, with a willingness to pursue additional units to obtain a total of 12 units.

    -Previous experience working with preschool-aged children

    -Knowledge of Child Development principles and best practices in our field

    -Strong Communication and interpersonal skills

    -Ability to create lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development

    -Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for working with young children

    -CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    -Familiarity with state licensing requirements for daycare centers

    Joy Type: Full Time

    Salary: $16.50-19 per hour

    Benefits: Employee matched retirement-employee discount on childcare-paid time off for vacation

    Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
