Responsibilities

Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate

Lesson planning

Provide basic care and caregiving activities

Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones

Communicate with team members and parents on children’s day

Qualifications

Previous experience as a daycare or preschool or aid

Strong understanding of child development

Patient, kind, and nurturing

Reliable

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

First aid/CPR certified
