    About the Role:

    Get hugs at work! Looking for fun energetic people to work in childcare. Wee Wons was voted best childcare center in the Poconos for 3 years in a row! We are always looking for good people who want to help mold young minds for the future! We are hiring for our new location in TOBYHANNA, PA!

    Responsibilities:

    Planning and implementing daily program activities.- Have fun!

    Coordinating fun and educational activities. - Be a leader!

    Assisting the director with designated activities. - Work as a team!

    Create and implement educational lesson plans based on the creative curriculum- Mold young minds!

    Uphold Keystone STARS standards- Be a great example!

    Requirements:

    Be mission focused: Help every child to learn and grow in their own unique style.

    Be able to display and uphold our core values: love, learning, support, respect, & communication.

    Associates degree required in early childhood education, or a related field is required for lead teacher positions.

    GED or Diploma required for aide positions.

    Be able to criminal and sexual abuse background checks.

    CPR certification, or willing to obtain.

    Have reliable transportation.
