Key Responsibilities:
Cultivating a Nurturing Environment: Create a warm, welcoming, and safe atmosphere where infants feel secure and valued. Your role involves offering individualized care to each child, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Interactive Learning: Engage infants in stimulating activities designed to promote sensory exploration, language development, and motor skills enhancement. Through interactive play, storytelling, and music, you will spark curiosity and ignite their love for learning.
Supporting Milestone Achievement: Monitor developmental milestones and provide tailored support to help infants reach their full potential. From tummy time to first steps, you'll celebrate each milestone achieved, offering gentle encouragement every step of the way.
Building Strong Relationships: Develop strong bonds with infants and their families, fostering open communication and trust. You'll work closely with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and offering guidance on nurturing development beyond the classroom.
Health and Well-being: Ensure the health and safety of infants at all times, adhering to strict hygiene standards and implementing appropriate health protocols. You'll also be responsible for feeding, diapering, and comforting infants as needed, offering love and care in every interaction.
Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Passion for working with infants and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field preferred.
Certification in CPR and First Aid for infants and young children.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor are essential qualities for success in this role.
Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
