Funtastic Childcare Center is seeking energetic and experienced Teachers to join our team! You will be leading a class of children, assessing their current developmental level, and planning lessons to meet their collective and individual needs. We are looking for teachers with strong classroom management skills who love connecting with individual children and creating a happy, engaging classroom environment.

Job Description:

Care for the daily personal needs of the children

Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children

Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child

Develop and implement weekly lesson plans

Interact with the children by playing with, reading to, and singing with them. Be an active member of your classroom by engaging with each child

Build a trusting, respectful relationship with each child

Complete assessments and lead parent-teacher conferences as needed

Maintain daily open communication with parents both verbally and through our Procare app (postings and pictures)

Log accident and incident reports

Maintain confidentiality

Attend in service and staff meetings

Cooperate and collaborate with all coworkers for the best of the children

Assist with duties and responsibilities that will help to create a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the center as a whole

Meet all applicable licensing regulations
