Payscale: $16hr to $19hr depending on education and experience.

Responsibilities:
Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children. Have Fun!
Observe and engage each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem. Have Fun!
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, or colors, do crafts, etc.) Have Fun!
Supervise children to ensure they are always safe.
Track children’s progress and report to administration.
Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
1-2 years experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education or related field is required.
