Daycon Products Company, a leading manufacturer and distributor of building maintenance supplies and services, is in search of a talented professional to join our Upper Marlboro, MD based HR team in the position of RECRUITER. In this role you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting of exempt and non-exempt personnel, to include union associates.

As the sole Recruiter supporting a growing organization, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark! In addition to day to day recruiting you will manage pre-employment testing protocols, support with recruitment strategy, oversee the advertising budget, and build Daycon's social media presence to attract and retain talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 Years experience in Human Resources full cycle recruiting
• Experience working in Manufacturing or Distribution
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
