    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Revenue Analyst supports and assists the Vice President of Revenue with all daily, weekly and monthly reporting as well as report creation. This individual is highly analytical with excellent excel skills.

    REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creation of all daily reporting needed for revenue management
    • Market research/ rate shopping 30+ day stays
    • Weekly and Monthly RevMax reporting
    • Indexing reporting Weekly / Monthly
    • Pricing strategy build outs OTA/ Direct.
    • Rate plan building
    • Multifamily reporting creation
    • Assist in short and long-term forecasting
    • Perform audits and maintenance on all systems such as PMS, CoStar, RMS, Yieldstar and Entrata.
    • Prepare Revenue Management Report information for all related meetings
    • Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives.
    • Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
    • Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Advanced aptitude in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Operates efficiently in a deadline driven work environment with proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver on business goals
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment embracing various responsibilities with a high degree of independence
