The Level I/II support desk representative is critical to the success of Daystar clients. This professional must possess the phone skills, and skills to resolve client issues quickly, professionally, and effectively. Communications with our clients is the key to keeping ecstatic clients. Daystar is all about creating a great customer experience, and this is one of the key entry points. This flexible job allows you to work both in the office or remotely.
