    Job Description

    POSITION LOCATED IN NEWINGTON, NH.

    The Level I/II support desk representative is critical to the success of Daystar clients. This professional must possess the phone skills, and skills to resolve client issues quickly, professionally, and effectively. Communications with our clients is the key to keeping ecstatic clients. Daystar is all about creating a great customer experience, and this is one of the key entry points. This flexible job allows you to work both in the office or remotely.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
    • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
    • Recommend hardware and software improvements
    • Track customer issues and resolutions
    • The ideal candidate will have a team ethic, great attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and proven interpersonal skills. This candidate must have the ability to navigate through customer tickets in a high-paced environment, while communicating with the customer, the team, and the ticket effectively.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • You should possess a minimum of 1-2 years experience in supporting Desktops (win 7,8,10), Microsoft Office 365, and Remote connectivity technology.
