Start at $18/hour with a clear path to earn more. Strong performers receive a $1/hour raise at 90 days, with additional performance-based raises twice per year after that.

What You’ll Do

Clean common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, shared spaces)

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (turn cleans)

Follow clear cleaning checklists and company standards

Work independently and as part of a small team

Valid driver’s license

Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance

Comfortable working across multiple job sites in the metro area

Able to handle physical work (standing, bending, lifting, walking throughout the day)

Ability to pass background screening (if required)
