As spring brings increased wind-driven rain, coastal storms, and early-season weather activity along Florida's east coast, this role offers a steady flow of residential claims, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced claims team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties impacted by spring weather and coastal conditions

Evaluate damages related to wind, heavy rain, roof leaks, and water intrusion

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

Capture detailed photo documentation and write clear, organized reports

Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and carrier partners

Submit complete and timely claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines

What You'll Need:

Experience using Xactimate for estimating

Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Active Florida adjuster license or designated home state license
