    Shifts Available: AM/PM/OVERNIGHT As a Room Service Waiter in Daytona Beach, FL, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities: • Preparation of orders with precision and care • Setting trays and delivering items to guest rooms promptly and courteously • Ensuring exceptional service that aligns with the Hotel Standard operating procedure • Maintaining cleanliness in work and guest areas through efficient clearing and collection of food and beverage items • Serving food courses and beverages to guests in a professional manner Responsibilities: • Prepare orders and set trays according to the type of food ordered and the hotel's service standards. • Perform opening and closing procedures as established for the department. • Record, pre-check, and pick up all food and beverage orders accurately. • Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage. • Clean and remove trolleys/trays from guest rooms and corridors. • Serve guests food and beverages promptly and courteously following the standard sequence of service. • Present checks to guests accurately and complete the payment process. • Monitor guest comments and proactively solve problems, reporting to your Superior. • Possess full knowledge of food & beverage items, menu prices, recipes, and style of service. • Understand all menu items and recommend food & beverage combinations while upselling alternatives. • Complete closing duties such as restocking items and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day. Qualifications: • Have outstanding communication abilities • Use up-to-date and professional speech when interacting with others • Have the capacity to work long hours as wanted by the company • Show courtesy, proficiency, and present efficient service Compensation: $10 - $12 hourly
