Job Opportunity - Customer Service Representative with DazPak in Irvine, CA Do you have a passion for helping customers and solving problems? Do you have customer service experience in a manufacturing setting? Are you a multi-tasker with a high attention for detail? If so, this is the opportunity for you. As the Customer Service Representative with DazPak , you will act as the point of contact for our customers in the areas of sales orders and order fulfillment. You will receive, review and enter orders via email and phone, and coordinate with sales representatives and other key personnel across the organization. You will ensure accuracy of quotes, artwork approval, production, shipping, tracking, invoicing, returns, credits, as well as various reporting. Pay range: $19-20/HR The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, high-energy self-starter, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Other requirements of this position include: * Minimum 3 years' experience in Customer Service field or 2-year degree preferred. * Experience with ERP system(s) preferred but not required. * Light Accounting experience preferred. * Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite of products - Word, Excel, Access, Outlook. * Experience with Illustrator is a plus. * Ability to interact with the team, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. * Ability to multi-task, coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines. * Passion for helping other people, including both internal and external customers. * Ability to focus and have high attention to details to handle high mix product portfolio and customer groups. * Passion to help people, both internal and external customers.
