    De Young Properties is looking for a bold, self-motivated, growth minded, and outgoing Sales Associate, who desires a challenging and rewarding career in new home sales.  This demands strong rapport building, listening skills, product presentation and follow up skills.  Primary responsibilities will be to sell and close the company's products and services.  This position helps families find the home of their dreams.  We are dedicated to providing customers with the best home buying experience in the market and are looking for team members who will accept nothing less.  We are always looking for talented and energetic new additions to our team.

    This position requires a current, valid California Real Estate License.  A professional training program is included to enable you to earn a high income.

    ADMINISTRATIVE

    • Performs all Sales related administrative tasks including traffic number submissions; opening and closing models; market research; office paper stock and supplies; processing contracts; customer contacts and follow-up.

    CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT

    • Provides outstanding customer relations including registering guests; coordinating with De Young Mortgage; maintaining the Pipeline report; competing realtor presentations; respond immediately to prospects and perform follow up contacts and activities.

    SALES RESULTS

    • Meet or exceed all sales goals; self-generated traffic and referrals; perform and submit sales analysis; maintain a strong Sales oriented attitude and adhere to all company sales processes.

    CONTINUING EDUCATION

    • Attends weekly coaching meetings, sales meetings; participates in team and individual projects; maintain competence in understanding and presenting the De Young features to customers.

    COMPANY CULTURE

    • Promotes and supports outstanding customer service; suggests initiatives to improve sales; promotes a healthy respectful positive team environment; is trustworthy; calm under pressure and exceeds expectations.

    Requirements:

    • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
    • Current valid California Real Estate License required.
